| Single Riders are
accepted and will be allocated to a Team If you wish to register your own Team of 6 Riders then your Team MUST HAVE an ADULT TEAM MANAGER |

| Your Team Manger is
responsible for: enrolling your Team Members (Forms include Parent/Guardian Consent and Photographic Consent) registering your Team with Moto KL booking track time with the Moto KL Co-ordinator transporting your Team to and from Norfolk Arena team supervision when on site at Norfolk Arena |

| YourTeam Members must be aged between 11 and 17 years old | |
| Your Team must be based in the County of Norfolk | |
| There are 6 Riders to each Team | |
| HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? | |
| There is no charge to Teams to register or participate in the Moto KL mini moto racing project | |
| HOW ARE PRACTICE SESSIONS ORGANISED? ...... | |
| Practice Sessions are held at Norfolk Arena | |
| Practice Sessions are held on THURSDAYS - 4pm to 8pm (variation may apply if your Team has some distance to travel to Norfolk Arena - (by arrangement only) with the Co-ordinator | |
| Practice Sessions

BOOKED IN ADVANCE via the Co-ordinator (entry into Norfolk Arena is for pre-booked teams only ) |

| Team Managers are responsible for transporting their team members to and from Norfolk Arena | |
| Team Managers or Authorised Representatives must accompany their Team AT ALL TIMES during attendance at Practice Sessions | |
| Single Riders are
responsible for their own transport to and from Norfolk Arena Single Riders must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian whilst at Norfolk Arena |

| Team Members, Managers, and Volunteers must adhere to all regulations and verbal instructions given by Norfolk Arena officials | |
| Riders will ONLY USE mini moto bikes, helemets, gloves and body armour provided by Moto KL at the Practice Sessions and Races | |
| All Riders MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN protective footwear (boots that cover the ankles) suitable trousers (heavy denim jeans) and long sleeved top | |
| Failure to wear all specified safety kit and suitable clothing will result in the Team Member being excluded from the Practice Session | |
